We ship from Ukraine. We provide worldwide shipping. The orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from the moment of payment.  Time to prepare the order depends on the ordered thread. Each pattern has a variety of thread from DMC color palette. The shipping price is calculated automatically at the checkout page. The shipping price depends on the total weight of the parcel, destination country, and postal service.

Shipping methods: 

Standard Int. Registered Air-Mail Shipping. The order shipping is carried by Ukrainian Postal Service (Ukrposhta) (www.ukrposhta.ua). The order delivery is carried by national local postal service in the country of destination. For example USA - USPS, UK - Royal Mail, Japan - Japan Post, Spain - Correos, Germany - Deutsche Post, Poland - Poczta Polska, etc. The parcel leaves Ukraine in 4 business days in 99% cases. The delivery time takes approximately 7-10 working days. In some cases, it can take a month. Unfortunately, we cannot influence on postal service working speed.

Reasons for slow delivery:

Overload of your local post, disorder of your country local postal service, the parcel was delayed by your country customs, the provided shipping address was incorrect, the addressee was not at home at the moment, the parcel has got the status “unclaimed or return to sender", the addressee refused of the parcel. 

Express shipping by EMS or DHL. The delivery is carried by express-shipping company EMS (www.dpsz.ua) or DHL. The delivery time takes about 5-7 working days. It is necessary to provide your phone number at the Checkout Page.

Tracking number used for Standard Int. Registered Air-Mail Shipping. We include tracking number to parcels over $20. The parcels with the cost that is less than $20 are sent without tracking number. If your order is less than $20, you can pay $3 for a tracking number. You can check your tracking number in your personal account or in the letter we sent to your e-mail. Tracking number format: RB1234567890UA

Express shipping by EMS or DHL. Tracking number will be provided. 

Custom Duties:

All the customs, duties or taxes imposed by buyer country are paid by a buyer. A buyer also pays for the shipping and courier service, if such was used. We are not responsible if you didn’t receive your order because of your failure to pay customs, duties or taxes imposed by your country.
