Ordering

To purchase our kits or digital patterns, do the following:

  • Add the item you want to purchase to your shopping cart.
  • Check up the items in your shopping cart to make sure your order is correct.
  • Fill out the order form and payment information on the checkout page.

On the item page you can find the following information:

  • Item price (All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD))
  • Item status (“In-stock” - means that the item is available in our store and will be shipped in 1-2 business days from the time of purchase).
  • “Back-order” - means that the item is not available in our store. An order cannot be currently filled or shipped but will be shipped when the item becomes available again. Back-order items will be shipped out as soon as we receive them in stock. The processing time for this type of order depends on a variety of factors, including our suppliers. Typically, backorders take from 2 to 4 weeks.
  • “Out of stock” - means that the item is not available and will not be available in the near future. Out of stock items cannot be added to your shopping cart.
  • "Special Instructions” text box. If you have any special requests or delivery instructions, please add them here and we’ll do our best to honor them.
  • Shopping cart. The shopping cart shows the total price for added items, excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.   You have a choice between making a purchase as a registered user or as a guest.  You will need to provide your shipping information in order for us to process your order.  We will not disclose your personal information to any third party.  For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
  • Checkout Page. Contact info. We need your e-mail address to inform you about the order status and to contact you should there be any issues with your order. If you prefer EMS or DHL shipping, then we also need your phone number for the courier to call you to arrange for delivery.
  • Shipping method. You can find more detailed information about Shipping and methods of payment.
  • Saving your cart:  If you’re not ready to make a purchase, you can save your cart.  You can make changes to the cart, add or delete items, change your shipping method, etc.  You can purchase when you’re ready.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation to your email address
